Gordon is the partner of Doug. He and Doug were criminals pretending to be plumbers in order to steal the Jewel of Eternity. They kidnapped Buddy to train him as a jewel thief, because he could fit through the vent around the security lasers in the museum.
When Sheriff Bob arrested him and Doug for stealing the diamond, Gordon got in the police car, but when Doug refused, Gordon angrily told him to get in and pulled him in the car.
